Interaction Guidelines

Welcome to Ezi Services! As a contractor, your professionalism reflects on you and our entire platform. To ensure that we provide the best experience for our customers, we have established guidelines for maintaining a professional appearance. Please adhere to these standards to help us uphold our commitment to quality service.

Uniform Requirements:

  • Full Black Outfit: Contractors must wear a complete black outfit, including a shirt and pants. This ensures a uniform and professional look across all our service providers.

    • Shirts: Plain black shirts with no logos or graphics.

    • Pants: Plain black pants that are clean and free of rips or stains.

  • Footwear: Shoes should be clean and in good condition. Black shoes are preferred to match the uniform.

Hygiene Standards:

  • Personal Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of personal hygiene. This includes regular bathing, deodorant use, and clean hands and nails.

  • Hair: Hair should be clean, well-groomed, and neatly styled. Long hair should be tied back.

  • Facial Hair: If you have facial hair, keep it well-trimmed and neat.

  • Fragrance: Use fragrances sparingly. Strong scents can be off-putting to some customers.

General Appearance:

  • Clothing Maintenance: Ensure your uniform is clean, ironed, and in good condition for every job. Avoid wearing wrinkled or stained clothes.

  • Accessories: Keep accessories to a minimum. Avoid wearing large or distracting jewelry.

  • Tattoos and Piercings: Visible tattoos and piercings should be minimal and not offensive. Cover tattoos if possible and remove non-essential piercings during work hours.

Behaviour and Attitude:

  • Punctuality: Arrive on time for all appointments. Communicate promptly with customers if there are any delays.

  • Courtesy: Be polite, respectful, and attentive to customer needs. Address customers professionally and listen to their requests.

  • Communication: Clearly explain the services you will be performing and ensure customers understand the process.

Customer Interaction:

  • Introduction: Always introduce yourself to the customer upon arrival and provide a brief overview of the services to be performed.

  • Feedback: Encourage customers to provide feedback and address any concerns they may have promptly and professionally.

  • Follow-Up: After completing the service, thank the customer and ensure they are satisfied with the work done.

By adhering to these guidelines, you will help maintain the high standards that Ezi Services is known for, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering trust and loyalty.

Faults:

Whenever we receive a report about guidelines breaches, you may also receive a fault report in the app. These reports do not affect your pay; however, they will restrict your access to new jobs only. Fault reports expire after 3 months; however, too many faults may also result in a cooldown, which would be communicated in the app.
