    Can I reschedule or cancel my service appointment?

    Yes, you can manage your service booking through your Ezi account or by contacting our support team. Please make changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to avoid fees.

    What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

    Ezi offers a satisfaction guarantee — if the work does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right through a re-service or another resolution option.

    What if a worker finishes the service sooner than the scheduled time?

    If a provider completes your service ahead of the scheduled end time, you may contact our support team to have administration review your booking. Please note that any refunds for unused time are at the sole discretion of administration and are not guaranteed.
