Signing Up On Ezi App

To start using ezi, simply follow these few simple steps and you will be offering services in no time.

1. Sign-Up As A Service Provider

  1. To start, make sure you have downloaded the app from here

  2. Enter your phone number and enter

  3. You will be prompted to "Order Services" or "Offer Services", choose "Offer Services"

  4. Fill in your personal details accurately as they will be used for payout verification.

  5. Fill in the SMS code sent to your phone number entered earlier

2. Get Verified As A Service Provider

To ensure a safe community, follow regulations and enable payouts, we need proof of identity for everyone offering their services on the Ezi platform.

  1. While logged in, you will be prompted for your ID. This can be a driving license, health card or any governmental ID with your picture and name.

    1. This ID verification may be as instant as a few seconds but may take longer on occasion.

  2. Fill out your Direct Deposit Details

    1. These details can be found on your direct deposit form provided by your bank.

3. Update Your Availability

You choose your own shifts, and when you'd like to work. To do this, we have Shifts. You will only be booked within these shifts. If you'd like to take on jobs between 8 am and 5 pm every weekday, you may directly set that in the app. Do note, repeating schedules will only apply for the next 4 weeks at a time.

  1. While logged in, go to the Shifts tab in the bottom menu

  2. Choose a day to add a shift

  3. Adjust the time and Save Availability, repeat as needed. Or use the repeat every feature

4. Create Your Business As A Service Provider

Once you have a business, you will be able to invite team members to help you take on jobs as they come up. This lets you tackle jobs both as a team and individually, based on your availability. Customers would also be able to see your business name and a short description of your team.

  1. While logged in, go to the Business tab in the bottom menu

  2. Type in a business name and click submit

  3. Go to Business Profile -> and fill out any details possible

5. Add Your Services As A Business

Businesses can currently only offer a single service at any one time. This allows for seasonal changes based on the team. Please note we are actively looking forward to expanding this capability in the near future.

  1. While logged in, go to the Business tab in the bottom menu

  2. Go to Services Offered and choose Cleaning

  3. Set your base rate (e.g. general cleaning) and then the additional cost for the add-ons such as deep-cleaning

    1. An example; $30 for General Cleaning, and $5 for Deep Cleaning. Will have you paid $30/hour for General Cleaning and $35/hour for Deep Cleaning
