How can I reschedule my booking for interior car detailing services ?
To reschedule you may do it directly through our mobile app or contacting us. Please make sure any changes are requested 24 hours in advance. Otherwise you may be subject to rescheduling fees per our terms.
How can I do a request for customized interior detailing service ?
During your booking (via our booking form), you may leave notes in the Special Instructions section. We will then note these instructions for the booking appointment.
How should I prepare for a car interior cleaning service?
Depending on the car condition, we suggest to ensure there is an accessible water hose and electrical socket for the detailer to access during the work. If neither of those are possible, the detailing may be limited to light-vacuuming and hand-washing which may affect quality.
What is an exterior vs interior clean?
Interior detailing typically includes the vacuuming and cleaning of mats and detailing of the surfaces to get rid of dust build up. Meanwhile exterior detailing may include pressure washing, soaping.
