Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, there are cancellation fees based on timing and our cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before service avoid fees. Changes made within 24 hours may trigger a partial charge — full details are in our terms.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes, our team arrives with all the essentials — eco-friendly products and professional tools are included. If you prefer something specific such as hypoallergenic products, note it under Special Instructions at checkout.
Do you handle move-in/move-out or post-reno?
Absolutely. Select Move-In/Move-Out for vacant home cleaning and Post-Renovation for construction dust and detailed cleaning after a renovation. Both are available to book online.
